Salt Lake Homeopathy
Welcome to Salt Lake Homeopathy, a Private Healthcare Membership Association (PHMA) that offers consulting and products to our members. Our products are designed to help individuals with various health problems, and we believe in offering supplements that actually work.
As you may know, the AMA, FDA, FTC, and pharmaceutical companies often make it difficult for individuals who want to promote or sell alternative medicine products. There are so many laws that restrict what supplement manufacturers can do or say that most supplements don't provide the desired effects. However, we've found a solution to this problem!
As a private healthcare membership association, we are free to serve our members with the help they need. By joining our association, you'll have access to products that work extremely well and can help you take charge of your health. You won't have to worry about the government micromanaging your healthcare choices.
Please note that the right of association is not absolute, and the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in several cases that the state cannot interfere with private association activities unless private members are subjected to a substantial evil that would shock a person's moral and common sense. However, if there is no substantial evil, and although the services of the private association may be controversial, unpopular, unconventional, or lack proper endorsements and approvals, the freedom of assembly and association cannot be violated.

To become a member of the Salt Lake Homeopathy Private Healthcare Membership Association, we ask that you read and fill out a contract, which is available as an Adobe PDF document. Our membership fee is only $10, and you'll have access to our consulting and products once you become a member.Download New Client Form

You do need to send the $10 application fee and you will also receive a $10 credit towards your purchase.
You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment. If your appointment is on Monday, you are required to cancel the Friday prior to your appointment time.
Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged $100 for the appointment visit.
